Montrose 13 miles south, Laurencekirk 10 miles inland, Stonehaven 10 miles and Aberdeen 26 miles north. The new Aberdeen city by-pass offers perfect commuting distance with easy access to Aberdeen and surrounding areas using the new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route. The commercial hubs of Altens, Westhill, Kingswells and Dyce are easily accessible with Aberdeen airport around a 35 minute drive.

This picturesque town of “Bervie” has a bay, beach and a nice range of local shops. It is on the scenic coastal route to Aberdeen with a beautiful coastal path to Gourdon and for the adventurous you can walk all the way to Johnshaven.

Bervie primary school and Inverbervie fitness centre are situated in the heart of the town. This modern built facility hosts a range of activities from a pool, gym and various fitness classes suitable for all ages.
