Directions

From Ashbourne - Proceed out of the town on the A515 towards Uttoxeter. Continue for approximately 3 miles and at Darley Moor airfield turn left towards Yeaveley. Proceed to the T junction and turn right towards Yeaveley. Continue to the next junction with the Yeaveley Arms public house on your right turn left towards Rodsley. Proceed to the next cross roads and turn right, continue along the road and the gated access to the land will be found on the right hand side.

Contract Of Sale

The Contract of Sale will be available at the offices of the auctioneers and solicitors seven days prior to the sale but will not be read at the sale. The auctioneers will be in the saleroom fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of the auction to deal with any matters arising from either the contract of sale, the sale particulars or relating to the property generally.

At the time appointed the sale will continue and thereafter no further queries will be dealt with and the purchaser will be deemed to have knowledge of the contract of sale and to have satisfied himself fully upon matters contained or referred to therein, whether or not he has read them.

Deposit And Completion

The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. The signing of the contract of sale and the 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur in 28 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction. The sale of each lot is subject to a buyers premium of £200.00 plus VAT. (£240.00 including VAT) payable on the fall of the hammer. Please contact the auctioneers for further details.
