Situated in the hamlet of Cuffern, approximately 2 miles from Roch and 3 miles from the spectacular coastline at Newgale. The historic city of St. Davids is approximately 7 miles north west and Haverfordwest six miles to the south. The chalets are situated on a popular but small complex of similar purpose built dwellings.

From Haverfordwest proceed on the A.478 road signposted St. Davids. Proceed for approximately 5 miles and enter the village of Simpson Cross. Just before leaving the village turn right signposted Community Centre onto Cuffern Road. Proceed for approximately 2 mile and the entrance to The Woodlands can be found on your right hand side. Proceed onto the site and follow the road around and no. 46 can be found on your right hand side.

From the main road a tarmac site road from the entrance of the site leads around the chalets, where residents and visitor parking can be found. There is a paved pathway or steps that lead down to the chalet which is surround by the communal grounds. No. 46 is tuck down in the bottom of the site and backs onto the woodland.
