Situated just off the A30 Bodmin -Launceston road on the edge of Bodmin Moor and only 2.5 miles from the village of Blisland.

General Notes

Works relating to the A30 dualling are not complete. All reasonable efforts will be made to complete the works and in particular the reseeding prior to the auction. However the buyer will take Lots in the condition that they are found at th etime of the auction and the seller will not be undertaking any further works. Details may be available from the agents.

Mains water Supply. There is currently a mains water supply to Lots 1 and 2. During the road works a new connection to the mains supply was made but a meter does not appear to have been installed. South West Water and Cornwall Council are aware of the issue. The buyer of Lot 2 will be responsible for the payment of the water consumed ( When a meter is installed) and the buyer of Lots 1 will reimburse him for water they use.
