Italian sleep

Equally fine, situated on the top floor, off a naturally lit corridor, and accessed by way of the above mentioned floating staircase, the bedrooms run the length of the building. There are three standard sized rooms and one master bedroom.

Each room comfortably allows for a double bed and storage, whilst one of the standard rooms and the master bedroom each feature a freestanding, boutique style steel bath. The bedrooms' simple and restrained beauty is perfectly complimented by raw white plaster walls, the overall feel wonderfully Italian.

Please note that Vine Street Studios' annexe comes with its own kitchen and en suite shower room.

As a holiday rental, the entire residential portion of the building can comfortably accommodate groups of 10, or up to 16 guests. The ground floor is run as an authentic Italian food & drinks venue, Cin Cin. A boutique tattoo studio operates next door. The third studio is due to start trading as a micro-brewery cafe.
