I have owned the property for 18 years and had really enjoyed the area. I used to run a business close by and the close proximity to the business was good for me but I also enjoyed that the connections to London and the local are as well.

I have done work to the property, including extending in to the side return creating another room and shower room, I also knocked through in to the loft space above. I've always thought the position was very nice being tucked away in the close.
