A little gem of A business!

An opportunity has arisen for the purchase of this prominently situated, thriving Fish and Chip Shop in the busy village of Kinlochleven on the West Coast of Scotland.

Located in the centre of the village and selling traditional, freshly made Fish & Chips the shop attracts a high volume of year round regular and passing trade.

The business achieves its current level of turn over whilst operating limited trading hours, therefore, offering a fantastic opportunity for new, enthusiastic owners to increase takings further by simply extending the opening hours, expanding the product range or by introducing a delivery service.

This very well established and Trip Advisor recommended business is sensibly priced to sell after 12 years of successful years trading.

Kinlochleven is the penultimate stop on the West Coast of Scotland's West Highland Way and an important tourism destination in the Scottish Highlands. The village lies at the head of Loch Leven approximately 22 miles South of Fort William and offers a range of facilities including a Library, a well-supported and active community centre, primary and secondary school, post office, doctor's surgery and a well-stocked supermarket.

The village is surrounded by beautiful West Highland scenery and steep mountains to include a number of Munros in the Mamore's above Kinlochleven. There is a significant network of mountain biking and hiking trails and the Ice Factor, National Ice Climbing Centre, which is one of the top visitor attractions in the highlands.
