This deceptively spacious four bedroom house is spread over three floors and enjoys many character features. The size of the property will allow everyone to have their own space. The home is in excellent condition so there is no work to do, so you can just move in, unpack and arrange your furniture.
Upon entering through the porch there is a hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor. As well as the two reception rooms to the ground floor, there is a sun lounge. The kitchen continues into this room so there is more space available than in a standard property of this age.
The enclosed garden is low maintenance with a grassed area and a decked area, perfect for entertaining.
There are two double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor is a very generously sized fourth bedroom.
The detached garage to the rear is a welcomed addition.

This four bedroom house is within walking distance to Balfour Infant School and Balfour Junior Academy, both rated good in recent inspections by Ofsted, Holcombe Grammar School and excellent amenities including a medical practice. It is also within yards of a large playing field, popular with dog walkers and includes a children's play area.

Chatham Railway Station can easily be reached by foot. It has excellent transport links to London Victoria, London Charing Cross, Cannon Street and a high speed service to Stratford International, St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet International. The property also offers great access links to the A2/M2.
The owner quote

We both fell in love with this home instantly, especially as it afforded us much space. It has been called a Tardis by many of our visitors. We love its many features. Some originate to the home’s construction in 1929, whilst others are unique, including a post-Second World War air-raid shelter. We would relocate the property to Northern England, where we plan to move, without hesitation, if this was optional!
