Planning Permission in Principle was granted on 19th December 2017 (Ref:17/02320/ppp) for the erection of a house. Copies of this Planning Permission and approved plans are available on the Argyll & Bute Council website or on request with the selling agent.

From the ferry terminal at Craignure, turn left on to the A849, heading towards Iona Ferry, and follow the road through Glen More, Pennyghael and on towards Bunessan (around 30 miles). Turn right where signposted Knockan & Ardtun. Follow this road for around 2 miles and turn right again. The croft is located straight ahead.
