Town Centre living surely does not get any better than this... This fantastic flat offers not only generous living accommodation in the heart of the town centre, but also stunning views.

Security conscious buyers will be pleased to know that both entrances into Guildbourne Court feature pin security doors. There is a lift to the fourth floor for those a little less able. Once inside, it is clear to see that this is no ordinary town centre flat.

The lounge here is stunning. Not only a fantastic size, with ample space for social gatherings, it features a floor to ceiling full width window with sliding doors providing access to an amazing large balcony. With stunning southerly rooftop views towards the English Channel and ample space for table and chairs, why not enjoy a meal and glass of wine Al Fresco style.

For preparing said meal, make the most of the well laid out modern kitchen. With plenty of worktop and cupboard space, you will be able to show off your cooking skills, whilst taking in the view of the South Downs from your kitchen window.

Both bedrooms are well proportioned in size and are serviced by a modern shower room. The owner has also updated the electric heating system with a more modern and efficient electrical heating system.

Being in the town centre, you will benefit from an array of shops, bars, restaurants and theatres. Worthing seafront can be reached within a few minutes walk as well as Worthing station, ideal for commuters. Interest is sure to be high in this fantastic flat, call and arrange your viewing today.

Owners opinion
Since moving here a couple of years ago, I have updated the property throughout. I have updated the kitchen, replaced the bathroom for a modern shower room and redecorated throughout. The managing agents have also recently replaced the roof, which has increased the efficiency of the property too.

I like living in the town centre, as I have everything I need. As a resident here, I also get a discount for parking in the car park of only £1 a day!

Due to a change of circumstances, I am now looking to move. I even have a property in mind, so I could move as soon as possible.
