Beach Hut 444 Beach Hut 444 backs onto Hove Lagoon. If you live on any of the streets between Derek Avenue and Glendor Road, this property on the prom is practically on your door-step.

Cheery yellow double doors open outwards to reveal plentiful storage and shelving.

Parking is available on Kingsway for permit holders, or parking meters for whenever friends and family wish to join you in your beachside 'property'. There is nearby access to the promenade for bikes, pushchairs and wheelchairs. Brighton & Hove's bike parking scheme runs close by to the east of Beach Cafe.

The beach is also 'dog friendly' between the relevant posts.

Lifeguard Station 10 is open from May - September; Lifeguard Station 11 from July - September (check Brighton & Hove website for details).

Why we love it There's plenty of storage and shelving for beach paraphernalia! And so much to do in this lovely corner of Hove seafront, that there won't be enough hours in the day...

Seafront Office The Seafront Office lies between Brighton Pier and West Pier, located underneath the arches opposite the Brighton Centre on the Lower Promenade.
