Facing Regent's Park as part of the Outer Circle, the terrace of Cambridge Gate was built in Bath stone, unlike the stucco of the earlier Nash terraces and is part of the Regent's Park Conservation area. The terrace is Grade II Listed. The monarch at the time the terrace was built was Queen Victoria and the Prime Minister was Benjamin Disraeli.
