1.What do you love most about your home?

This is the home we raised our kids in - it has two good size double bedrooms with a large lounge/living room. The living room is the main feature of the flat - it is an open-space connected to the kitchen, and serves all functions you could think of - lounge, diner, office, playroom for kids, guestroom. This is where we spend most of our time. We made it our home and it's this part we'll miss most.

2. Why are you moving?

With 2 kids growing, we simply need more space. Both of them are very active and it will be great to have a private garden.

3. What do you love about the area?

Chislehurst is a lovely and very peaceful area with a great high street, schools, green areas and outdoors. It feels safe and is an absolute gem to raise kids in. It hosts an annual Chislehurst Summer Music Festival at Walden Recreation Garden (just 100 meters away from the building the flat is in), which is enjoyed by families and people of all ages, bringing the whole community together. The flat is part of a recently built development (2013), the residents of which have a Facebook group keeping everything in touch. I thoroughly enjoy a lovely walk to the station and back daily - the Cherry Blossom trees create a wonderful spectacle in spring!
