space allows.
Outgoings

Annual ground rent £100 & Service Charge £3660 (payable
monthly) which includes buildings insurance, garden
maintenance, window cleaning and internal repairs.
Further services such such as a hot lunch and a mobile
hairdresser (by private appointment) are also available
at an additional cost. There is a sinking fund to cover
extraordinary costs such as new double glazing which was
installed in 2016 and new fascia’s and soffits installed
in 2018.
Location

Otterbourne is a popular village conveniently situated
between Winchester (about 4 miles to the north) and
Southampton (about 7 miles to the south). There are
good local facilities including an excellent Nisa shop with
post office, a garden centre and pubs. The surrounding
countryside is beautiful and provides excellent country
walks. There is convenient access for the M3 and London is
about 1 hour by train from Winchester or nearby Shawford,
furthermore there is a good local bus service.
