Situation & Directions

Commanding some excellent views over the surrounding countryside, Frongoch Land is situated 0.2 miles from the Gibbert crosroads. From Llanfair Caereinion take the B4389 towards Newtown, follow the Gibbert road for 1.1 miles until you reach the crossroads. Turn left and the land can be found on the right handside after 0.2 miles as indicated by the For Sale board.

The land is accessed directly off the council road and is a single field extending to 0.70 acres (0.286ha). The field is gently sloping or relatively level and is capable of being harvested. Laid down to permanent pasture it is currently used for sheep grazing although it would lend itself to being a useful field for horses.
