There is an extensive terrace of paving, perfect for alfresco dining, a family barbecue, or sharing a bottle of wine with loved ones, a level, manicured lawn, bordered by beds well-stocked with colourful shrubs, plants and flowers, and a decorative wrought-iron gate provides access around the side of the property where there is a terrace of paving and a courtesy door into the side of the integral double-garage, which has lights and power, a tap, a remote-control up and over door, and also houses the electrical consumer unit, gas and electricity meters.
