Back through the property and up the stairs to the two spacious double bedrooms, which both have high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

The first double bedroom on the right at the top of the stairs is a good sized L shaped room which, with plenty of space for furniture and has a window over the front aspect of the property.

The second large bedroom to our is the largest bedroom and offers a very spacious light and bright room with newly fitted laminate flooring, a large storage cupboard/wardrobe as well as a shelved unit in one of the chimney alcoves. This room also has a window overlooking the front of the property.

Next to this is the master bedroom, which is again a really spacious room with a window over the front elevation of the property and is home to the boiler. Both bedrooms have the original period doors which have been painted white and offer a cottage feel to the upstairs.

Externally, entrance to the property is via a pedestrian street so offers a safe traffic free zone for children and pets alike. The rear yard of the property is spacious and affords an area to offer outside seating and alfresco dining in the better months in addition to space for off street parking.
