"We have enjoyed bringing up our family in this lovely quiet part of South Woodford. The amenities are excellent - a couple of minutes from the shops and tube station, Cinema on our doorstep and the wonderful expanse of Epping Forest at the top of the road! As our family are now adults it is time for us to downsize but we will miss the wonderful character of the house and the warm, friendly neighbours who have made us welcome all these years. The house and location are a marvellous setting for anyone looking to bring up a family close to all of London's facilities but still able to enjoy peace and quiet!"
