The 2011 Carnaby Rosedale is a cosy affordable holiday home for families and couples alike. Featuring a decent size living area, you'll feel like you never left home, what's more the sofa pulls out into a bed, making it even easier to host guests. A modest sized kitchen and dining area sits behind featuring all the standard appliances you'll need. The Carnaby Rosedale features 3 bedrooms The caravan has two bathrooms . An en-suite from master, containing a basin and toilet and a separate bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.

In excellent condition as it has only been used on a few occasions, fitted with stylish stand alone furniture very relaxing surroundings, not been sub let or housed animals or smokers, one owner from new.

Built in fridge and separate freezer, also includes, Toaster, Kettle, Steamer, Microwave.

Park Description

This park is beautiful, not cramped and not commercialized

Lying on the fringe of the Lake District National Park and only 8 miles from
Penrith and the M6, Whitbarrow Hall Caravan Park lies on a level 20 acre
site surrounded by unspoiled farming country and is overlooked by the magnificent bulk of Blencathra. In this area of outstanding beauty, hardy
breeds of Lakeland sheep graze peacefully on the fellls and peace and
tranquility are assured. Ullswater is only 5 miles away, Derwentwater only
9 miles and the whole of the northern lakes is virtually on your doorstep.

The caravan park has been owned and managed by the same family since the early eighties.

As well as the many leisure activities available to you close to the park we also have a

large outdoor play area for the younger ones comprising climbing frames, swings and adventure play frames which have either bark or grass bases to act as a soft landings in case of mishaps. There is also plenty of space on the site to play ball games such as football and basketball and a tennis court. Games room and launderette

The central building houses a games room with pool table and video games, a cosy and friendly licensed bar and an on site shop where you can buy groceries, dairy produce and daily newspapers
