The land at Scalehouses is to be offered for sale by Public Auction on 17th September 2019 at 2pm in Kirkoswald Village Hall.

The sporting rights insofar as they are owned by the Vendors are included within the sale. The mineral rights are excluded from the sale as they are outwith the ownership of the Vendor.Basic Payment Scheme (bps)
The land at Scalehouses falls partially within the Severely Disadvantaged Area and partially outwith the Severely Disadvantaged Area for bps Purposes. An application has been successfully made to establish and activate Entitlements under the Single Farm Payment Scheme and these have transferred to the bps.
A claim has been submitted under the bps in 2019 and the Vendor will retain the entirety of the 2019 bps monies.
The Entitlements for the land are included within the sale and are as follows:
