Top-of-the-range Delta Superior static caravan at Beauport Holiday Park, in Hastings, East Sussex. In excellent condition throughout, and still has another 16 years left on the licence. It has a lovely far-reaching views from the front decking area, and there's also a private decking area to the side. It's a two bedroom model and is fully double-glazed with central heating, and has thick insulated walls to keep the cold out, so is ideal for the park's long 11.5 month season (the parks closes for 2 weeks in February).
The caravan is a huge 40ft long by 13ft wide, and is very roomy throughout. It has an unusual 'closed-lounge' layout where the lounge and kitchen are separated by a wall, which makes it feel more homely and is easier to keep warm. The caravan is classed as a residential-spec holiday-home and has all the gadgets you'd expect to find in a high-end model. It has built-in kitchens appliances, a full-size bath, en-suite WC & shower, walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted tv's, and lots of storage throughout.
The lounge is a very good size and has sliding patio doors at the front which lead out to the decking area. The room has high ceilings and lets in lots of light so feels very spacious, and easily fits a free-standing sofa and chairs. The furniture in the photos is being removed, as is the dresser, so the lounge will be sold as empty (apart from the fire and the curtains). The TV can be mounted on the wall above the fireplace, and the windows and doors are the full width of the holiday home.
The kitchen is a great feature of the caravan and comes with a large American style fridge-freezer, an integrated washing-machine & dishwasher, integrated microwave, low-level lighting, loads of storage and work space. There's also a free-standing table & chairs. The whole room is finished to a really high level, and would rival many modern homes.
At the sleeping end you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms, both with lots of storage space. The master bedroom has an Ottoman-style storage bed, a large walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, overhead cupboards, and an en-suite toilet & shower-room. It's a great size and is very well finished. The second bedroom can fit two adult-sized single beds (although there is only one present), which can be set at right angles to maximise the floor space, and also a full sized wardrobe. The main washroom has a full-sized bath with an overhead shower.
The two decking areas cost £10,000, both of which are enclosed. One is accessed from the lounge, and the other is along the side which leads to the main entrance. The decking is fully skirted with storage panels beneath. There is also a metal Asgard storage shed outside (worth £500) and the pitch also comes with two private parking spaces directly outside.
Beauport Park is located on The Ridge overlooking Hastings, and is set amongst a beautiful woodland park. There are plenty of on-site facilities. Aside from the nightly entertainment at the clubhouse, there's also a heated pool, onsite shop, onsite gym, and playground. Hastings is just a short drive away with everything that you'd expect from a seaside town. The A21 is also close, as are the nearest supermarkets. The park is pet friendly, with some great tracks for long dog-walks.
This model of caravan is a very popular choice for anyone looking at spending lots of time on the park, and is one of the park's biggest selling models. My Dad bought the caravan new 4 years ago and it`s still in excellent condition and he paid just over £80,000 including the decking. I'm looking to sell it for £45,000 which will include the site fees & rates for the remainder of 2019, new gas & electric safety tests, and will also cover the owner-transfer charge that the park needs. We're looking for a quick sale as the caravan is sitting there empty, and is vacant and ready to go. If you have any further questions, or if you want to come and see it, please contact Private Sale Caravans who are acting as the sales agent. Thanks for looking and I hope you like it!
This holiday caravan / holiday lodge is intended for leisure and recreational use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence. Failure to maintain and evidence an alternative permanent residential address could result in the termination of your licence to occupy the pitch and considerable financial loss to yourself.
