The Vendor's View

Our company was responsible for the buildings of the estate on the land to the rear and side of our property, and so we were able to move into the main residence at the right time for us to bring up our family, as well as have our parents and family members living in the other properties on site.

As you enter the front door there is a homely but also spacious feel from the front room and open staircase. At the same time the house offers a feeling of seclusion with the land all around.

Birchington is so much busier now but it still maintains its village atmosphere and community spirit with many local amenities and local produce. Both the primary and secondary school provide outstanding education. We are within easy reach of the coast at Minnis Bay and the countryside.

We will miss the many family memories of our house and lovely garden with all the trees and shrubs we have planted. There are many varieties of birds nesting in the trees and a lovely little robin often perches on the wheel barrow!
