We viewed a few homes prior to this one but the value for money and the beautiful views sold this one for us. Working shifts can make finding a property difficult but the area was so peaceful which made it an easy choice. The excellent Tramlink service and excellent 24-hour 64 bus service to East Croydon station makes life very convenient.

We are going to miss living in this flat, however the time has now come to upsize and think about what the future could hold. We have no doubt that the new owners will be very happy here.
