A desirable block of amenity woodland of native broadleaf species extending to approximately 2.40 Hectares (5.94 Acres) accessed via a track leading from Stainton, Carlisle. The amenity woodland was the former Carlisle Sewerage Works and was planted with broadleaf trees approximately six years ago. There is a permissive footpath which runs through the centre of the property, there is also a public footpath which runs within the northern boundary of the land.

The land is accessed through the centre of the village of Stainton, Carlisle, via an access track as shown marked yellow on the attached plan.
