We are pleased to offer this attractive plot of land, which is set in a riverside setting between the Bow Bridge Marina and Teston Country Park.

The plot has frontage to the River Medway of approximately 10 metres and a maximum depth of approximately 40 metres (tbc)

Currently the land is overgrown and would be attractive to a new owner with an interest in studying riverside ecology, or just to be able to visit your very own piece of Kent Countryside for leisure purposes.

Interested parties are invited to inspect a copy of the Land Registry Plan at the agent's Wateringbury Office, during normal office hours, together with additional information

Access: The land is accessible via the public footpath from Bow Bridge, Wateringbury, or from Teston Country Park, or from the river by way of normal navigation, but there are no confirmed mooring rights.

Viewing: From our Wateringbury Office, proceed southward on Bow Road for about ½ mile. Pass the railway station on your left and turn over the level crossing towards Bow Bridge Marina on your left and take the public footpath running parallel to the River Medway. Proceed for ½ mile or so and the footpath beside the river becomes a boarded walkway. Take care on the walkway as it is uneven. The land straddles the board walk. Please view at any reasonable time during daylight hours. Please bear in mind that the land fronts a flowing river and therefore please take care when following the riverside footpath and take particular care if viewing with children. Please keep dogs under safe control at all times as there are grazing cattle in the vicinity.
