A well presented individual detached property situated in an elevated position above Nailsworth. This location is very private, yet still allows for easy access to the shops and amenities of the town, with a first class outlook over the chimney pots and surrounding countryside. We understand that the property was built in the 1970’s using traditional methods under a pitched roof. The property has since been improved, and now offers light, flexible accommodation arranged over two floors. An entrance hall, 17’ sitting room with wood burning stove, 17’ kitchen/dining room, utility room two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor, with two attic spaces above, on the first floor. The house has a welcoming feel and the windows at the front of the house take in the view and the sun.

The interior complemented by sunny gardens, a garage and parking. There is a steep drive leading up to the garage and this is shared with the neighbouring property. Steps then lead up to the house, with the majority of the garden at the front. There is a good level lawn here that enjoys a first class outlook, with a large deck to the side. This needs some attention but provides a great place to sit, eat and relax. Steps lead up to the side of the house to another area of garden. This slopes back down to the house, with pedestrian access on to the "W" at the back.

The property is situated above Nailsworth off Pensile Road, a country lane. Nailsworth has become an increasingly popular shopping destination within the Stroud Valleys. The town benefits from a large selection of speciality shops including Williams Food Hall, the famous Hobbs House Bakery, The Yellow Lighted Bookshop, various clothing and gift shops, several cafes and a good selection of very well regarded restaurants. In addition to this the town currently benefits from three supermarkets and free parking. Nailsworth is also home to Forest Green Rovers Football Club where there is a modern leisure/fitness centre and both state and private schooling within the area. Bus services connect with Stroud, some four miles away, where there is a more comprehensive selection of shopping, educational and leisure facilities. Junctions of the M4 and M5 motorways are within easy reach and railway stations at Stroud (4 miles) and Kemble (10 miles) provide main line services to Gloucester, Swindon and London Paddington.
