General

This is an excellent opportunity of acquiring a small traditional farm which can be improved to become a highly productive outlet and further development of the homestead will be required. Ideal for young entrepreneur farmers to purchase a valuable piece of improvable land for farming purposes and run in conjunction with other business entities. Alternatively, other existing farms could acquire the property to secure additional land to their current farming activities. This is a rare opportunity of purchasing a small farm of this nature.
