Take the second turning on the left into Trunk Road and continue to the t-junction turning right into Minley Road. Take the first turning on the right into Marlborough View and at the t-junction turn right. Take the first turning on the left into Chestnut Tree Grove then take the first left turn into Maple Avenue and follow the road around into Silver Birch Way where the property can be found at the end on the left.
