A triangular parcel of woodland extending to approximately 1.7 acres with approximately 100m of river frontage with the river Loddon.
The land is densely wooded with two areas separated by a central driveway, a right of way accessing neighbouring lands. There is also a small car park used by the fishing club that rents the adjacent lake.
Please note that there are also two public foot paths running through the site, one of which runs just inside the boundary with the River Loddon.
Please note that the land is susceptible to flooding.

Situated in this rural location along a country lane, just a short drive from Twyford and Hurst village centres. The woodland abuts paddocks and a lake that is let to a fishing club.
From our office in Twyford, proceed to the central traffic lights and head straight over into Church Street. Continue onto Waltham Road and over the railway bridge, taking the first right into Hurst Road. Follow the road past the station and around the sharp left hand bend. Continue on this road for about 3/4 of a mile towards the village of Hurst. Take the right hand fork into Lodge road and then taking care, take the next right turn into Whistley Mill Lane (beware the turning is on a sharp left hand bend). Follow the road for about 500 yards the land will be on your left before the bridge over the Loddon.
Please note that Whistley Mill Lane continues through to Charvil which passes through a ford. Please note that it is not advisable to come via this route as many cars have been stranded.
