The crofts at 3 & 4 East Gerinish represent a rare opportunity to acquire the assignation of two croft tenancies extending to approximately 35 hectares.
The crofts are set in a remote rural location with no vehicular access or services.
There is an old stone built croft house located on croft No 3 (although this has been unoccupied for some time) and an old stone byre.
There are also a number of other stone ruins located on croft No 4.
The crofts are located on a small peninsular with direct access to the shore.
Interested parties are advised to consult a solicitor specialising in Crofting Law.
The current annual rental for the crofts is £17.00 (although this may be subject to review).
Each croft has a share in the East Gerinish Common Grazings.
Further information regarding croft tenancies can be found at
Crofting Commission Numbers:
I5044 for No 3 East Gerinish & I5045 for No 4 East Gerinish.
