Please note that the holiday park closes every year on 7th January and re-opens 1st March. All owners are still able to be on the site and in their home during the day, but are not permitted to sleep overnight between these dates.

Kitchen/Living Room18'2" x 11'6" (5.54m x 3.5m). The kitchen area of this holiday home comprises fitted modern base and eye level units, modern work surface, fitted fridge, freezer, oven and hob. In addition to this there is a microwave, tall pantry cupboard plus plenty of other cupboards for storage. All of the crockery and cutlery in this unit is included in the sale. The living area has an attractive electric fire, large corner sofa which doubles up as a sofa bed. The living area has double doors out to a large terrace which faces looks over the play park on the site.

Master Bedroom12'1" x 9'10" (3.68m x 3m). The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted storage surrounding including bedside tables, fitted dressing table with shelves and mirror. There is also a large fitted wardrobe as well as an en-suite.

Bedroom Two9'5" x 6'6" (2.87m x 1.98m). The second bedroom has two single beds plus wardrobe and additional over-head storage.

Shower Room The shower room comprises large fitted shower cubicle, WC and sink. There is also a window looking out to one side.

En-Suite The En-Suite comprises bath with shower overhead and glass shower screen, WC and sink plus a frosted window.

Terrace11'6" x 7'6" (3.5m x 2.29m). The terrace is accessible from the living area and is big enough for a table and chairs or other furniture if desired. It makes for a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun.
