The property

Dating from around 1896 to 1898 the property is a two storey building with attic benefitting from a wealth of original features including well proportioned rooms, cornice work, fireplaces, wooden floors and original doors.

Location
Craigmount House sits in a pretty rural location approximately three miles north of Dundee. The city has a wide choice of high street shopping, professional services and leisure facilities. The city’s waterfront is now home to the V&A Museum situated close to Captain Scott’s rrs Discovery and this has seen a significant boost to the city. The city has a wide variety of shops, services and Ninewells Hospital and Medical School is located close to the property.
