The vendor informs us:

The Caravan Lodge may be used from 1st February to 30th November each year. The site facilities are open from February 7th through to the end of October 2020.
From next year it is possible that the site opening times may be extended to 11 months opening- working towards 12 months for the following year.
The properties on this holiday site have restricted occupancy and guests and owners may stay for no longer than 4 consecutive weeks at any one time.
