A commission is payable by the purchaser to Pinewoods Partnership on completion of sale of 15% of the sale price (plus VAT) but this is included in the guide price.
Situation Wells-next-the-Sea is an attractive Georgian coastal town with good access to the market towns of Fakenham, King's Lynn, Holt and Norwich.
