Located at the foothills of the Quantocks, and surrounded by beautiful English countryside, the parcel of land is circa 1.5 acres and is currently used for sheep grazing on a casual basis. The land is level and has a gated private entrance with road access, it is fenced and mostly stock-proofed. A temporary water supply is currently available on a ‘piggy back’ casual arrangement with a neighbouring field, so if the purchaser requires water in the field they can agree a similar arrangement with the neighbour to split the cost of the water bills. If and when a smart meter is required, the purchaser must fit a sub-meter. The parcel of land is located in the rural village of Nether Stowey, Somerset.
