The Vendor's View
For me this is the best location in Birchington, we are set in a private road accessed only by the residents. Having seaside views and the beach on our doorstep is amazing. Birchington has a high street with unique boutique shops and all the daily amenities you need. We are well connected here; nearby towns are just a short drive away and heading further afield couldn’t be easier. We love the size of our home and garden, it makes for a very comfortable lifestyle. I designed the property to be open plan, so it is a great place for both family living and hosting – we have had a lot of functions here, including two weddings. The summer is always great here, we have a gate at the back of the garden which heads straight to the beach, which the children have loved. We enjoy the winter too, the house is warm and welcoming as it is well insulated, triple glazed and has solid oak flooring which all help to retain the heat. Everything has been kept up-to-date, we have extended too, adding even more versatile space. All of the bedrooms are king size and we have separate quiet rooms which are great to relax in. We have fallen in love with Birchington for its quality of life and the friendly, professional community, so we will miss that aspect of living here and the amazing sea views throughout the year.
