The M20 is about 2 miles away, just north of Wrotham, giving access to the M25, the national airports and the Channel Tunnel Terminus at Folkestone.

From the M20, heading East, exit at junction 2 and at the roundabout take the third exit onto the A20 towards Wrotham. At the second roundabout take the third exit to stay on the A20 towards Wrotham and at the third roundabout take the third exit onto the A227 towards Borough Green. Proceed through Borough Green at at the final roundabout take the second exit (A25 towards Sevenoaks) and then immediately turn right after the pelican crossing into a private road/driveway by No.68. Continue under the railway bridge and the driveway/gates to The Dene will be found on the left-hand side.
