Cornwall Council granted Conditional Planning Permission ref. PA19/05559 on 04 October 2019 for the proposed demolition of the existing former hotel building and erection of 12 residential apartments at Narrowcliff Hotel, Narrowcliff, Cornwall, TR7 2PY.

Notably, asbestos has been removed from the building, further details are contained in the planning & technical information pack along with a demolition quote (assessed before the asbestos removal). Also within the pack is a cil Liability notice which confirms a £nil liability. There is no S106 Agreement although condition 10 of the planning permission requires the payment of £330 per dwelling created before commencement of development with regard to the Penhale Dunes special area of conservation.
