Open house Saturday 1st February 2020 - 12PM to 1:30PM.
Located just a stone's throw away from Harborne High Street is this three storey mid terraced property. This house should offer everything you would need, whether you are taking your first steps onto the property ladder or if you are trading down from a larger family home.
The house itself is light and bright throughout with lots of double glazed windows allowing the sunlight to burst in, flooding each and every room with natural light. The lounge is a good size where you can entertain friends and family and extend those gatherings into the dining room. The kitchen area is sleek and modern and has ample cupboard space for all your condiments, pots and pans as well as having an integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The utility room, a must for any large family, will help keep the laundry at bay and the house tidy. For those wanting extra space, the basement is an ideal area for storing those essential items. Upstairs, the bedrooms won't disappoint either as they're all of a good size, so there's no dreaded box room to leave the youngest disappointed, so each member of the family has their own personal space and with two family bathrooms, there'll be no arguments when it comes to the morning rush! In the summer months you will be bound to spend as much time as possible in the garden which is private and low maintenance with a patio area making it perfect for barbecues or winding down with a glass of wine after work.
For those of you unfamiliar with the area, the property is within easy reach to Harborne High Street, qe Hospital and local shops and amenities. There are also some highly regarded private and state schools close by. For those of you who work further afield, there are great transport links going to the City Centre and M5 Motorway. We could go on and on, but to fully appreciate this superb home an internal viewing will be required. We look forward to your call. In the meantime why not check out our website where you can view the 360 virtual tour.
What the owner says:
"We moved to Birmingham from London nearly five years ago and wanted a terraced house in Harborne with great access to the High Street and other amenities. We fell in love with this house and its location as soon as we saw it. The house itself is airy and open with lots of period features, including exposed floorboards and original fireplaces and is much bigger than other three bed terraces we'd looked at. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes' walk from the High Street, with all its great pubs/restaurants and shops, plus having easy access to the City Centre. It's also well located for excellent primary schools which ticked a box for us as we knew we wanted to start a family here. Another thing worth mentioning is that it has good storage, including a basement, a shared side-passage where we store bikes and buggies and a shed. We also love the garden in the summer time. Now, with two children in tow, we're moving to Shropshire to be nearer to our family".
