We moved here in 2001 when the house was 3 years old. We wanted peace and quiet and living here has been ideal for this, whilst still being easy to travel into London for work.

We are in the middle of Epping forest with miles of tracks for dog walking, running, cycling and horse riding etc.

In 2017, we totally renovated the house to create an incredible family home, which we hope someone will enjoy as much as we have.
