Outside To the front of the property there is a driveway providing off road parking and gated side access leading through to the rear garden. There is a paved patio area, leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn. At the end of the garden there is a good size brick built garden store.

Directions From our office in Hedge End proceed to the end of St Johns Road and turn left into West End Road. At the roundabout take the third exit into Hamble Lane and continue along this road for some distance, turning right at the roundabout into Hound Road. Continue along this road which will turn into St Mary's Road and turn right into Sellwood Road. Turn left at the crossroads into Hunt Avenue, where the property can be found towards the end of the cul-de-sac on the left hand side.
