An attractive period barn which was rebuilt in 1999 into a spacious family home, with a separate one bedroom self-contained cottage and gardens with views to Bredon Hill. There is a wealth of character and in all it extends to about 0.3 acres. EPC D.

The drawing room has a vaulted ceiling, an Inglenook fireplace with a multi-fuel stove and French doors to the rear garden.

The kitchen/breakfast room was re-fitted less than two years ago including quartz worktops, integrated dishwasher, mains gas fired aga and space for an American fridge/freezer. The dining room has French doors, off which is a utility room with a door to a cloakroom.

On the ground floor is the family bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with built-in wardrobes and an en suite. Three further double bedrooms are accessed via two staircases, with one staircase rising to a galleried study landing.

The self-contained cottage has underfloor heating and provides superb ancillary accommodation. It has an open plan kitchen/living room with a vaulted ceiling and French doors to its own paved terrace and lawned garden. The double bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, French doors and an en suite shower room.

Electric entrance gates open to gravel parking and a triple-bay cartshed. The grounds wrap around three elevations of Old Cider Barn, allowing the sunshine to be enjoyed from the terraces. Throughout the garden are a range of mature plants.

At the front of the house is a decked terrace with a sunken pond. The rear multi-level garden includes a lower paved terrace with a raised ornamental pond and multi-level lawns. Adjacent is the garden to the cottage and a stable yard with light, power and water, its own vehicular access point, and two loose boxes and a tack room.

Old Cider Barn is situated in the heart of the popular village of Bredons Norton and within a conservation area. It is a small village located in The Cotswolds aonb, as well as being close to the scenic Vale of Evesham.

The nearby village of Bredon has a village shop and post office, church, two pubs, village hall, doctor's surgery and a good primary school.

The historic riverside towns of Tewkesbury and Pershore offer a wider range of everyday amenities, whilst Cheltenham has more facilities and excellent shopping.

The area has some excellent schools: Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College and Dean Close, The King's School and Royal Grammar School in Worcester, Malvern College and Malvern St James Girls school.

There are great transport links to the larger centres of Birmingham and Bristol via the M5 (J9) and to South Wales via the M50. There are excellent rail links to Oxford, Reading and London from Pershore and to the north or south west from Cheltenham or Ashchurch.
