If you lived here...
You'll be welcoming guests into your grandly spacious, twenty three foot long through lounge, coming in at a generous 240 square feet with more than enough space for the most demanding of gatherings. It's all handsomely finished in true vintage style with artfully distressed original floorboards underfoot and some classic cornicing and ceiling roses overhead.
The whole space is also laid open to the kitchen, offering a dual aspect, with floods of natural light and clear sight-lines from front to back. Your kitchen's just as characterful, with vintage tiling underfoot, an oversized Belfast sink, timber countertops and metro tile backsplash. From here you can step out onto your ninety foot long garden, a mix of decking and lush lawn.
Upstairs your first two bedrooms are solid doubles blessed with rich dark vintage floorboards and other fine period touches. Bedroom three is a generous single of fifty-five square feet ideal for a child, home office or dressing room according to your preference. Finally, your family bathroom is strikingly finished in eye-catching designer tiling and a gorgeous raised tub.

A word from the owner....
"This has been a dream home for us. Having started our married lives here, as well as the birth of our son, we will be very sad to say goodbye. We have lovely neighbors on both sides of our property and the local community is simply amazing - particularly that of Elphinstone Rd (there is even a street party just for the road's residents and families every year in the summer!). As a family, we have invested a huge amount of work, time and effort into making 111 what it is, including a complete interior restructuring, refurbishment and garden design. We will miss this house greatly and hope that whoever comes to be the new owners share as many happy memories here as we have been lucky to do so."
