"This has been a dream home for us. Having started our married lives here, as well as the birth of our son, we will be very sad to say goodbye. We have lovely neighbors on both sides of our property and the local community is simply amazing - particularly that of Elphinstone Rd (there is even a street party just for the road's residents and families every year in the summer!). As a family, we have invested a huge amount of work, time and effort into making 111 what it is, including a complete interior restructuring, refurbishment and garden design. We will miss this house greatly and hope that whoever comes to be the new owners share as many happy memories here as we have been lucky to do so."
