Lot 1 - Westfield Farm

Westfield farm occupies a commanding position with far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. The property is on Calais Lane, a private track that runs between the villages of Yelford and Standlake.

Yelford is a small hamlet, four miles South of Witney with a medieval Manor House and a quaint church that dates back to 1220. Standlake and Stanton Harcourt are both nearby with shops, post office, primary schools and pubs.

The market town of Witney and the city of Oxford are within easy reach providing outstanding shops and facilities including a Waitrose, cinema complex and minor injuries hospital in Witney, with Oxford renowned for its shopping, theatres, restaurants and University.

The farm is well located for schooling: Cokethorpe is close and Abingdon is within easy reach. All the Oxford schools are nearby and include the Dragon School, St Edwards, Summer Fields, Oxford High and Headington. Also within a short distance are St Hugh's near Faringdon, Pinewood near Lechla
