Delightful Period Character 3 Bedroom end of terraced Cottage in Fantastic Condition, Fully Double Glazed and Oil Central Heating.
This is a real Gem and is selling with no chain.

The Property

Lobster Cottage is a quintessentially end of terraced english country cottage which has been modernised and updated to include first floor bathroom, double glazing and 'Oil' central heating. The cottage is in excellent order and presents very well with new carpets to the first floor and stairs. The property retains many of the original features including an abundance of original exposed brickwork and beams plus supporting timbers together with feature cast iron radiators and fireplaces. The kitchen is a good size and has the added benefit of a utility room with a shallow butler sink and mixer taps inset into a timber worktop and integrated fridge freezer. The main kitchen has a 'Boot style' area to its front over looking the rear and leading to the back door. The kitchen is spacious and has an excellent range of fitted units with a timber work top over and inset 'Butler' sink with mixer taps. There is a recessed range cooker (electric) and quarry tiling to the floor. The sitting room is an excellent size with storage cupboard, space for dining room table, timber flooring, exposed beams and 'Open' timber and tile fireplace. To the first floor are 3 good size bedrooms each with built in wardrobes and or storage cupboards. Each bedroom and the stairs and landing have had new carpets. The bathroom is very characterful, with 'Antique Pine' vanity unit housing the wash hand basin, roll top bath and corner shower with mains powered rain head shower. Externally there is a small sitting area just outside the back door and a decked area and lawn over looking the local church and farmland. This decked area also has a timber shed to remain and is elevated to make the most of the view. The decked area and lawn are detached from the property but adjacent to the parking area and a very short distance away. The property has been a successful holiday let but comes with no restrictions and has full residential status.
