*** under offer in 36 hours *** fabulous gemini bungalow - Yopa are pleased to welcome to the market this lovely light and airy one bedroom mid terraced bungalow which has been updated by the vendor and is pleasantly situated on the periphery of a quiet cul de sac and located in Annitsford an accessible area of Cramlington with fantastic commuter links. The property is built in red brick with a tiled roof and has full UPVC double glazing. The house boasts: An attractive entrance porch, lovely open plan styling, recently fitted kitchen and a generous sized bathroom and redecoration throughout in a neutral finish.Externally there is a pretty contained front garden, open views over fields at the end of the pedestrianised frontage and plenty of unrestricted parking to the side including surplus visitor spaces. Heating is via electric storage heaters.

Cramlington is a popular town located within easy commuting distance of the Tyneside conurbation. The shopping offered in Cramlington is large and varied, with national supermarkets and chain stores clustered around the Manor Walks shopping development, which also features a cinema and a leisure centre. Cramlington was planned as a new town and features interconnected footpaths and cycle paths throughout, connecting the various estates and the multitude of green spaces. The town also boasts excellent schools including the excellent High School of Cramlington Learning Village, doctors surgeries, sports clubs, public houses and restaurants, and is connected to Newcastle and beyond via the road network and Cramlington's own train station.

Approaching the property from the front, which is pedestrian only, we have a fenced and enclosed front garden with gated access. The gate leads through to the concrete pathway with a lawn area to the right and low maintenance gravel area in front of the window. There is a pretty entrance porch leading to the front door.

Entering the property through the front door, straight into the lovely light and airy living space where straight ahead we have the stairs to the bedroom which are open to the living accommodation.

The lounge has a lovely open feel and the vendors have used the open area under the stairs for a clever use of storage. There is a window over the front garden and a sky light, in the super high ceiling, which allows the natural light to flood in. The flooring is Aqua lock style in a pale grey wood grain effect setting the neutral theme. The lounge opens through to the kitchen area.

The recently fitted kitchen boasts: Plenty of wall and base units which are white with chrome handles, stainless steel sink with a mixer tap over, an under counter electric oven with a four burner electric hob, complimentary laminate worktops in shades of grey, behind the worktops and as a splash-back there are tiles which are painted black, space for a fridge/freezer and plumbing for a washing machine. The flooring is dark grey/black ceramic tiles. From the kitchen there is a door through to the bathroom.

The bathroom is a good size and has a white suite comprising of: A corner bath with a shower over, pedestal washbasin and a close coupled WC. The flooring is the same as the kitchen and the walls are fully tiled with white ceramic tiles, with a black decorative border and are interspersed with complimentary feature tiles, providing for low maintenance.

Back through the property and up the open stair case to the generous bedroom.

The bedroom is a really good size with an open aspect over the living area and oodles of storage courtesy of two banks of fitted wardrobes. There are sliding door wardrobes on the left hand side and to the right there are more recently fitted contemporary style wardrobes which are a pale oak colour with chrome handles. Once again we have a fabulous ceiling height and the mezzanine bedroom is lit by the sky light giving us yet another light and airy space. The bedroom and stairs are carpeted in a pale grey carpet.

All in all we have a surprisingly spacious, light and airy property, in a great location which offers peace and privacy while being close to all amenities and excellent transport links. The property has been updated and redecorated throughout under the vendor’s ownership and now offers a neutrally decorated move in ready home which will appeal to a number of buyers from the first time buyer or down sizer to the property investor seeking to add to their portfolio. Not to be missed and must be viewed to be appreciated.
