This Grade II Listed Georgian townhouse was originally built in about 1780 as part of a gated terrace of Georgian properties. It is filled with period features such as panelled doors, sash windows and shutters as well as dado rails, picture rails, wooden flooring and cast iron fireplaces. In addition there are some historic treasures such as the original Welsh dresser, brick tiled kitchen floor and rare Georgian sauce ovens. It leads to the scullery with its flagstone floor, original copper and a London sink as well as an old range and a back door to the walled garden.

The spacious hall has decorative 1930s style floor tiling and glazed double doors to the large dining room. There is a charming snug, a door to the garden and access to the cellar. This is currently divided up into a number of rooms and is really a blank canvas for new owners to put their own stamp on it.

The Georgian staircase leads to the first floor landing and a superb drawing room with a patterned ceiling and a wall of library shelving that includes secret access to another room, currently in use as an office.
