Situation

Croesgoch is situated inbetween the Market Town of Fishguard (9 miles North East) and the Cathedral City of St Davids (6 miles South West). Croesgoch has the benefit of a Primary School, Post Office, Chapel, Public House, Art Gallery and a Repair Garage. The Cathedral City of St Davids being close by has the benefit of several Shops, a Post Office, Secondary and Primary Schools, Churches, Chapels, Banks, Hotels, Restaurants, Public Houses, Take Aways, Art Galleries, etc., etc..

Remarks

Individual Building Plot of this nature are few and far between and early inspection is strongly advised. The Building Plot concerned is situated to the rear of Afallon and enjoys delightful open countryside views in an easterly direction. The Plot is accessed off the B4330 Croesgoch to Haverfordwest road over a 40 yard lane. It stands well back from the road and enjoys a quiet private location. Directions

From Fishguard take the Main A487 road south west for some 9 miles and in the village of Croesgoch take the turning on the left onto the B4330 road signposted to Haverfordwest. Continue on this road for 150 yards or so and Afallon is the last Property on the left. The land leading to the Property skirts around the eastern and north eastern boundary of the Property.

Alternatively from Haverfordwest take the B3440 road in the direction of Croesgoch, for approximately 14 miles and upon entering the village of Croesgoch Afallon is the first Property on the right.
