I have enjoyed living in my flat in Green Lanes. The flat itself is modern and bright. From the front windows you can see the city of London, which looks great at night and you can also see the beam of light from the arsenal stadium. Being on the third floor, it is private and quiet. My neighbours in the building are friendly. We have a group chat to resolve any problems. As part of the service charge, the shared stairs and landings are cleaned weekly.

The local area has a young and urban feel to it, being close to Islington and central London. The number 73 bus takes about 20 - 30 minutes to Oxford Street. Newington Green itself is lively with many interesting retail shops, restaurants, and pubs. There are also many wonderful Turkish takeaways and 24-hour shops for convivence. Clissold park and the local leisure centre are 5 minutes away, following onto Church Street with all its many attractions. I have really enjoyed living in the flat and the local area. I feel lucky to have been there.
