"We have lived here for just under 3 years, and loved it. The green spaces of Hackney Downs, Clissold Park & Hackney Marshes can be found nearby and it's also a short walk into the centre of Dalston. There are great local spots nearby, such as Casey's Bakery, Brunswick House, Hackney Downs Studios, Bake Street, and pubs such as Crooked Billet & independent wine bar P Franco.

I have enjoyed working in Dalston and walking through Hackney Downs every day, but if you work further afield we have Rectory Road & Clapton Stations less than a 10 minute walk away, getting you into Liverpool Street in 12 minutes.

The area is great for getting out and exercise too, blok Gym is a 5 minute walk away we're also in close proximity to Hackney Marshes which is great for running and nice cycles."
